About Us

Andy Schalk – Picture Butte

I love growing glads. It has become a hobby and a passion of mine that I enjoy sharing with others. I love all the colours and variations. Glads have often been thought of as “the funeral flower”. While they certainly have their place at funerals, I am doing my part to show the world that they are a bright and happy flower and that they can be used for any occasion, even just to brighten a room. The work that I do with the glads would not be possible without the support of my loving wife and sons who have all helped me along the way. For their support I am ever grateful. I am also thankful for the encouragement, the kindness and support of many who have been following my journey along the way. Thank you to All!

Logan Schalk – Edmonton

As a graduate of the NAIT Bachelor of Technology program, I enjoy bringing innovative ideas to small businesses. I have a passion for connecting with my community and what better way to connect with people than through the gift of flowers.

Riley Schalk – Edmonton

I am a third year nursing student at MacEwan and have loved every second of it. I have a large fascination with medicine and I enjoy helping others. I hope to eventually work as an emergency room nurse or pursue further education to become a doctor.

I am the protector of the garden. Everyday I search the perimeter for intruders and make sure it is safe for others on the team to enter. I am well trained and know how to stay out of the flowers. I like to pick up tools and blooms that people drop. Another hobby of mine is posing for adorable pictures.
